My time spent with Kathleen Tellish has been eye-opening. I was looking for accountability and information on my weight loss and diabetic journey.
Kathleen was able to provide me with both and not be overwhelming in the process. Something I struggle with is to be easily overwhelmed and with her I found myself eager and happy to learn. I looked forward to speaking with her every session knowing that any knowledge and help I needed was there. My goals were made to be achievable and healthy because she was able to counsel me in smart and healthy options. Making decisions became simple and fun because of her guidance.  Kathleen's RN Coaching sessions have been life changing. Being diagnosed with EoE (eosinophilic esophagitis) was a challenge for me at first, but with Kathleen's wide range of knowledge in nutrition, she was able to help me include more healthy calories into my diet everyday so that I could stop losing weight so quickly. She was able to suggest a wide variety of foods to help me with the cravings I was having, and to help me feel better overall. Kathleen's personalized approach helped me create a healthier menu for myself while controlling the side effects of my EoE. I am truly grateful for the positive changes she has helped me make.

Before I started working with you, I was feeling overwhelmed with stress and anxiety. I constantly felt like there was never enough time in the day to get everything done, and I struggled with letting go of responsibilities, especially when it came to sharing tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry with my family. My sleep was all over the place, with irregular patterns and restless nights, which made everything feel even harder to manage.
Working with you has been an absolute game-changer. I’ve known you for many years, so from the start, there was a sense of comfort and trust. What I appreciated most about our coaching relationship was how you took the time to really understand what I was going through. You listened to me and then created a personalized plan that was designed to help me reduce stress, feel more relaxed, and get better sleep. You didn’t just offer generic advice—you tailored everything to my specific needs and situation.
The biggest realization for me was the understanding that "I do not have to do it all." I’ve learned to slowly relinquish my responsibilities to my family, from my husband to my 9-year-old son, which has lightened my load significantly. I no longer feel like I have to carry everything myself, and that has been incredibly freeing.
Through this process, I’ve gained valuable insights. I’ve learned that it’s okay to take moments for myself, whether that’s enjoying a bubble bath or curling up with a book. Finding time to relax and recharge is essential for my well-being, and it’s perfectly okay for everyone else to handle their own responsibilities while I take care of myself. I now feel more grounded and capable of handling the ups and downs of daily life.
Our coaching sessions have truly had a positive impact on my life. I feel more balanced, less stressed, and better equipped to handle what comes my way. Thank you for all your support and guidance!
